3D Printing at FamiLAB
In the Fabrication Lab, there are five 3D Printers, a dehumidifier, and a PC available for members to use. The dehumidifier is great for drying out older filament. And the PC is available for slicing and editing your 3D models.
The printers vary in size and capabilities so it’s important to know which one you’re planning to use so that you can slice your model correctly.
Prusa Mini
Build Volume: 180 x 180 x 180 mm
Layer height Range: 0.05 – 0.3 mm
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Filament diameter: 1.75 mm
Supported materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, HIPS, TPU, Woodfill, and other filled materials.
Max Temp Hotend: 280 °C Bed: 100 °C
Print Surface: Removable PEI plate. When your print is finished and the bed is cooled, simply remove the bed and give it a light twist to release your print

Ender 3 V2
Build Volume: 220 x 220 x 250 mm
Layer height Range: 0.1 – 0.4 mm
Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Print Surface: Removable WhamBam plate. When your print is finished and the bed is cooled, simply remove the bed and give it a light twist to release your print

Snapmaker 3-in-1 (350 model)
